Prior to joining 黑料不打烊, Jay held executive management roles at Centene, where he spearheaded initiatives that expanded coverage to over 2.5 million New Yorkers across Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace products, resulting in $18.5 billion in revenue. This included designing, launching, and managing the operations of Marketplace (ACA) products. He also pioneered an innovation incubator, generating $28 million in new value and $200 million through risk adjustment enhancements.
Jay’s ability to lead complex product launches, improve operational efficiencies, and foster partnerships sets him apart as a results-oriented leader focused on driving measurable impact. His expertise spans strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and IT operations, highlighted by his success in achieving $90 million in savings through payment integrity initiatives.
With a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan, Jay brings a sharp strategic focus and a passion for healthcare innovation to his clients.
