Robert Muschler is a seasoned strategist听and facilitator听with deep听expertise听leading听strategy development and capacity building听projects听for nonprofit听and public sector听organizations. He is passionate about听working with organizations听to enhance their impact.听听
Rob specializes听in strategic planning听and听restructuring,听organizational听development and听capacity building,听community engagement,听and听grant writing. He has led and co-led听numerous听engagements,听working听with nonprofit听and public sector听executives, boards of directors, staff,听and听community members,听tailoring his听work听to organizations ranging from early-stage startups to century-old institutions.听
Rob鈥檚 work has focused on听a wide variety of health, human,听and听social听services, including听behavioral health,听public health,听housing,听youth development, and early childhood education.听He听has听designed and听facilitated听strategic planning processes for听over听50听organizations,听supported听over听10听merger听and听strategic partnership due diligence听discussions,听led hundreds of interviews and focus groups,听and听has听won over听$40听million in grants for clients.听听
He has a master鈥檚 degree in public administration from the University of Southern California and a bachelor鈥檚 degree from St. Cloud State University.听
